Update 0.20.2
I've posted new builds for Windows and OSX, version 0.20.2. Nothing very fancy to be honest, here is what's new:
Features
Gamepad button/axis mapping wizard: now if no controls are configured and a gamepad is detected on startup, it should trigger a game state dedicated to helping you bind buttons and axes. It can also be launched from the options menu again if necessary. Tested with XBox360, DualShock and iBuffalo USB controllers.
Filtered-out control mappings: the game won't list anymore controls that are made available by the underlying input engine I've written, but never used in-game, so that the controls configuration remains as lean as possible.
Light movement control using the mouse: when the character is equipped with a light source, you can now control it with the mouse (useful if you don't play using a gamepad with two axes). I took note about adding a switch button in a later release, to let the user control the light movement even if no second set of axes is available, or even just with the d-pad.
Exit confirmation dialog screen: simple as that. I found it quite annoying when hitting the cancel button from the main menu closed the game directly.
Bugfixes
NPCs now properly take wall collisions into account, duh.
Known issues
When configuring gamepad axes via the new wizard tool, depending on the device you are using they may be inverted. I plan to guess the axis direction by explicitly requiring the user to use the axis in a specific direction (up or right for instance).
